I must say I'm so disappointed. I've been buying cakes at this location for the past year, but now cakes have significantly shrunken. Basically, they are charging you the same price for less cake.

I swear by this bakery for my job. I work for UDC and order for our Faculty and Staff Service awards. People fight over these cupcakes and someone ALWAYS gets theirs stolen when they take their eyes off of them. A true gem.

Stopped in for the Bogo sale they had and this is such a pleasant store with pleasant employees! I've been getting cakes from them ever since I discovered them a few years ago. This was my first time visiting this location and as always I received great service. I ordered my cakes online and picked them up with ease. The employees even let me know about the new churro bundts that came out this week and I can't wait to try one! I'll definitely be back because these cakes are amazing and they offer tons of flavors. The cakes are also reasonably priced. I got the mini strawberry and crème cake and the mini white chocolate raspberry cake. Super tasty! They offer cakes for holidays, birthdays, and have seasonal flavors. Cute little bakery!

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a standout dessert chain with some of the most amazing cakes around. On a whim, I wanted to order a bundt cake and was able to place my order very quickly online! They had a variety of different flavors, but I ended up choosing chocolate chip. I picked it up within the hour and was greeted by a super friendly staff member, Helen. My cake was all ready to go, and she even gave me a large bundle of napkins after I explained to her that this cake was for a large party. I don't have enough words to rave about how delicious this cake was. The cake itself was very moist and soft, with a rich chocolate flavor. The frosting on top was not too sweet or overpowering, and I thought that its consistency was just right. It was a big hit with everyone, and the whole cake was gone when I went back to get a second slice. Tip: If you fill out a quick survey from the receipt, you can snatch a buy 1, get 1 free bundlet deal. Totally worth it to eat more of these delicious cakes!

This first i have ever written and it is related to the lack of customer service on the part of some employees at this particular store. Not the quality of the food. I thought it is important to write because employee's need to understand what customer service is about.Since this location has been open for the past two and one-half years, we have purchased bundt cakes from them on numerous occasions for various celebrations. So we were excited when they ran a promotion last December on their anniversary, offering a free mini Bundt cake for a year for the first 100 customers that stood in line when the store opened one Saturday morning. My wife, daughter and I were one of the lucky once to receive the promotional punch cards.Today, I went by the store to get the three mini bundts cakes as part of the promotion and also purchase some extra one's for our son. However, when I presented the three punch cards for the mini bundts cakes , I was told by the employee that i could only get one for free but would have to pay for the other two since my wife and daughter weren't present.When I expressed to him that this was inconvenient because we are busy people and my wife was taking our daughter to a swim practice at this time, his response was that that was too bad. I would have to pay for the other two bundts cakes that were part of their promotion if I wanted them and I don't need to partake in the promotion. Talk about lack of customer service!!! I am not sure if we will be going back to this store in the near future.

I needed 4 dozen cupcakes last minute on a Friday morning, and I came to this location because it was on my way into the office. The sales associate could not have been more sweet and helpful! She explained the different assortments and helped me find cupcake toppers for my occasion. In no time, I walked out with 4 dozen fresh, delicious, adorable bundtini cupcakes which were a huge hit with everyone at work! The experience made what started as a stressful morning into a great day! Highly recommend!
