Rhonda baked a vegan vanilla cake with Oreo icing for my daughter’s birthday. Holy moly we demolished that 3-layer beauty in no time. She used homemade apple sauce in lieu of eggs. Genius!

Literally everything Rhonda bakes is a whole new level of excellence and deliciousness. Some family faves are the cinnamon rolls, strawberry scones, mint cookies and truffles. We all agree the vegan GF cupcakes (yes you read that right) are the BEST cupcakes we have ever had and we are not vegan or GF. Order early, Rhonda always sells out. Rhonda is also fantastic with special orders. We try bakeries in every city we visit, the ones with 5 stars that everyone raves about. None even come close to Rhonda’s. I can’t explain it. Chemistry is chemistry, but Rhonda just creates in a way that does not compare to anything else on the market. Don’t hesitate! Rhonda’s baked goods are worth every penny.
