😋Outstanding food! Everything was amazing!
Three strikes in just one month — and I’m officially done with Ruta.
First visit: my steak was completely overcooked. Not medium, not medium-well — just dry and rubbery.
Second time: the manager personally promised to send me the catering menu for my housewarming party. I was ready to give them real business — but they never followed through. No email, no call, nothing.

Our family lived in Ukraine for 20+ years. We are in DC for Spring Break and found your restaurant online. So, we decided to come and try it out. AMAZING! Your food transported us back to "home"!
