My friend and I ordered Shake Shack as dinner before a movie. I ordered the veggie burger and added avocado which was extra. It took about 15 mins-and when it came it didn’t have any avocado. And I paid extra for it, so I was sad. I was really looking forward to it. My friend ordered a single cheeseburger at the same time I did, and we waiting for almost 30 minutes before it arrived. The ice was all melted when her food was ready and we were sad it took so long.
They have the best customer service out of every food spot in this mall. The food is always fresh and the wait is never long. Ule and the rest of his staff deserve a raise from the company
