Friendly helpful staff that always serves with a smile and makes sure all your questions are answered the kiosk stays clean and service is fast. Along with the best customer service food is always served hot and cooked well.
Loved the food. It was well worth the trip out here. The mall even on its busy days has decent amount of seating. The mall is also clean. Since shake shack is popular, there may be a wait for delivery of the food. Overall the staff were friendly and kind.
I prefer the Mall's Shake Shack over the other Shake Shack in MoCo. I have been to both several times. I would prefer this one. The staff here are friendly and quick with the food.
The only downside is that the mall food court is loud, which is not Shake Shack's fault. There is plenty of free parking at the Mall. The tables is dependent on how busy the mall is. I have always managed to find a nice cushioned seat and eat my burger in peace.
