One specific employee is racist and has VERY poor customer service skills. Once I was buying a sandwich for my friend and she gave us egg white bites. When we tried to inquire as to why she didn't give us what we ordered, she rudely interrupted us and stated that this is what we ordered. We were shocked but just chalked it up to her having a bad day so we left and ordered from the Starbucks across from Panera.However, I came in to order a drink another day and she had her back turned to me while I stood there uncomfortably for at least 6 minutes. They had a sign up saying that they could only do a few drinks such as frappuccinos and I had wanted a caramel frappuccino. Before even asking what I wanted she rudely ordered me to read the sign before I gave her my drink order. She then went back to cleaning the shakers and blenders (as a former starbucks barista I know it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to clean a shaker or blender so I could tell she was intentionally ignoring me). After standing there well after everyone had ordered and basically being refused service I simply decided to walk out. Mind you, I grew up around here and I've been ordering from this store for 5+ years; this is the most convenient starbucks for me to order from so it was definitely annoying to have to have my routine disrupted.Everyone that I know who's black avoids the store like the plague whenever she's on shift. Thankfully, she no longer is a barista; she seems to be working as a target employee now so hopefully nobody has to face her attitude as well as be discriminated against. This happened a couple months ago. The new baristas are very cordial. I just wanted to write this review because no one should be treated the way I was at this store.

I’m not sure why these people are so rude. The staff is not friendly, they move so slow and continue to get order wrong. I have seen multiple people walk out after witnessing employees attitudes.I ask for a Caramel frapp. I was given a frapp with no Caramel. Then she dropped my drink, picked it up and handed it to me. Awful experience!

The product is always what you are expecting. The plus for me here are two things: 1) It's not a busy store, so you are out pretty soon and you can avoid to be with many people (health issues); and 2) the lady who attended is always nice and that for me made it a more enjoyable experience.

It's always a pleasure to stop here for a cappuccino or a coffee. The baristas are speed demons at the espresso machine. I have gotten espresso drinks here many times and the foamed milk has always been perfect. For a big and busy place, the tables, floor everything is cleaned up and never messy. Cashiers and order takers are spot on in getting your order right. There is friendly service all around. At times parking can be a problem so be patient and drive slowly thru the parking lot. Good lighting at night.

They have great coffee and breakfast wraps for the road trip, Convenient location and easy to get in and out. The prices are also very fair.

Need new workers. I showed up within the operating hours and they claimed it was closed. Even though the hours state they close at 9. Weren’t willing to help and were genuinely rude.
