The chef did not speak clear English. He struggled with what each person ordered. He left ingredients out of some dishes. He didn't seem to know which sauces and food was gluten or not. Another person was vegan and he didnt know what that meant. He was very slow. The server was great. She was kind and patient. Really enjoyed the other people at the table too.
Food was good. Servers were ok and chef was low energy. He did not do the demo with the egg or make the heart. Overall it was still good since the table had good energy.
One of the best restaurants in the area—the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. Their manager, Sergio Tapia, took care of me and provided excellent service; he made my experience very pleasant, and I would certainly come back.
