This modest food truck, in the Bethesda Farmer's Market parking lot offers a rich, savory Mexican inspired menu. Excellently prepared , using fresh ingredients and layered flavors, it's a worthwhile stop if you are in the area.

The food here is very good quality, even though it's a food truck which often have low quality meats etc, this one has very good quality meats, well prepared and fresh, very fresh homemade tortillas and fresh toppings. The truck doesn't allow for much seating-- there are only two tables and one waiting table so I recommend you take your food somewhere else unless you get lucky! But for a quick delicious lunch with fresh yummy food at a reasonable price this place is...

•The tripe tacos need big improvement. I had little to no meat, and the meat was extremely dry. 1/10
•The Cuban sandwich was a solid 6/10 due to the bread being very dry.
•The service time even though you call ahead, you still have to make the line to pay and wait an additional minutes to pick up. Your food is not always ready especially if you’re in a hurry.
•Horchata water needs improvement 7.5/10
