Justin was super helpful with finding me a tea that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable on all the different types and their benefits. Thanks Justin!
Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service!
Large selection of premixed loose-leaf teas. You can smell everything and try a few samples. They also make tea-based drinks to order.
This is a very nice tea shop with lots of different options! The 2 young men working there were very helpful in answering my questions and I will definitely be coming back!
I do not recommend getting the bubble tea. Despite this having so many options for loose leaf tea, all of their bubble tea is made from powders and syrups.
Rafael was such great help! I’ve been drinking Georgetown waterfront for 4 years, this tea knocks me out after a long day.
rafael is mad cute he complimented my eyes i’ll go again just to see him again OMG!🥰😍

Our kids like their drinks but I would recommend to ask for less sugar.
I’ve always been drawn to the tea tasting by the front, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they also offer made-to-order milk teas. I opted for matcha tea without sugar. It was decent, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression. However, I’m glad to know that they provide a wider range of beverages beyond just tea.
Very scammy business practices, should avoid.
They charged me a service fee for the retail purchase of one teapot and a bag of loose leaf. The service fee is not disclosed to you before your purchase and is hidden until you check your receipt.
They have a lot of younger staff ordered to hassle and hustle you into buying things. I never imagined buying tea would be like buying a used car. Not a good experience.
On top of all this, the tea and other products are very expensive for what they are.
They gave us matcha and it was brown. Brown matcha is caused by oxidation meaning the matcha was old and had lost its flavor. They also put soymilk and water in it, which I did not ask for. The employee said their matcha was 'more authentic' but based on the color alone this was clearly not true. Thankfully they gave me a refund which I appreciate. But still even another person at the mall shared her experience saying she also received poor watered down matcha and requested a refund.
I'm sorry 3 this is just not a good place at all for matcha
The tea is flavorful but there doesn’t seem to be any point in going to the store. They had better discounts on their own website and they don’t let you sample any of the tea. All you can do it smell them. I seemed to know more about tea than the employee, and I’m not a heavy tea drinker. Didn’t know what was in the teas, just that green labels were green tea and black labels were black tea. No tasting notes or nothing. Might buy the tea again online if there’s a sale but absolutely no reason to go in person.
