Overall the world of beer experience in bethesda is great. Katie the bartender is always extremely helpful and courteous. I love their happy hours. Great place overall 5 out of 5 starts.
I had a single hefeweizen. Its was delicious....with tax and tips it was $17. Do with this information as you will.
Love the food , and i used to like the staff until a different server (not my server) walked out behind my family and I … YELLING about the tip, i gave what should’ve been given.. I’ve honestly have never been so embarrassed.
Great service. Great beer great food!

My son and I visited the restaurant on 11/30 to use a reward before it expired. I told the hostess that we didn't need menus because we were only getting dessert. Our server arrived at our table without a greeting, he simply stated "so you're only using your reward." I ordered the salted caramel cookie skillet which according to the menu has NUTS; my son who has a severe nut allergy and I knew this fact, but the waiter did NOT! I asked him three times if it had nuts and each time he responded with "no nuts." He sat the dessert on the table without saying a word and walked off. I immediately stopped a different server who was walking by and requested to speak with the manager who was apathetic and looked like he had just rolled out of bed (very unkept). I began eating the dessert and after one bite, our waiter came to our table and removed the dessert stating, "it does have almonds." I pulled the skillet back and told him that I was the only one eating it. In this day and time, it is imperative that restaurant staff KNOW if a menu item has nuts or not. Before we left the waiter offered a half assed apology and gave us a $10 off $30 coupon for our next visit. Horrible service from beginning to end.

Went for happy hour. Appetizers were really good. Truffle fries were on point! Hot, fresh, delicious! I had shrimp taco which was good. It was $7 for 2 taco.
Nice beer selection. I love IPA, they had several to choose from.
The only caveat I had was at 7pm they started trivia. Trivia wasn't the issue, the issue was the person on the mic was extremely loud. We weren't playing trivia, we were more interested in talking to each other. The loudness was too much. We left and went down the street.

Great price for drinks and food in bethesda! Not the greatest food, but what you would expect from a chain.

My husband and I came in at 10:05 PM and was asked by the server what we wanted when she communicated with the bartender, we were told the last call was apparently 15min earlier. Odd because they close at 11 PM.

The place is nice but I feel ripped off!
I’ve asked for 2 small bottles of Chimay beer which I pay 8 dollars per beer in Hawaii and I was charged almost 25 dollars for each bottle here at world of beer.
I’m not coming back cause the price is not clear and you’d have to ask for the price before ordering in order to know the price which is not nice.
I hope they adjust the price or at least have the bottled beers with prices on the menu.

We enjoyed an afternoon snack with beer. My husband's first choice was not available, but he still liked the Oktoberfest beer. I had the hoppy flight of beer and was surprised to get a Pilsner, not my favorite. The parmesan fries had too much garlic, but were nice and crispy. It was a nice day to enjoy out on the patio.
