I ordered a fish sub with certain toppings and they prepared the sub and didn't have any of the toppings I wanted. I wanted cheese but it looked like it was added as an afterthought. When it first opened prior to Covid, the service and food was excellent. The new owner apparently hires whoever and he just sits there with no customer service. Don't go here unless you want your sub prepared how they want to do it and not how you want. Terrible!!

Cashier was unfriendly Tried to charge me 5.00 extra for 5 flats and 5 drums. Price was 5.00 cheaper for 7 drums and 3 flats.On a previous visit, a different cashier tried to charge me 1.50 extra to place my celery separate from the wings because the heat from the wings made it soggy.I am not patronizing this restaurant and telling others not to do so.

This place has a hard time getting phone orders right, and this is PARTIALLY my fault for continuing to place orders over the phone with them even though I’ve also had issues in the past. Today, I ordered a catfish sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onion. They literally only put the onion on my sandwich, everything else is missing. You guys need to start reading back orders over the phone instead of rushing off to make sure you have customers orders correct!! Now I’m eating my food hours later after I’ve picked it up, and the place is closed. Ridiculous!! I’m very upset about this!

Placed an order for catfish sandwich combo and received Swai. Please tell customers what they are getting rather than advertising a product you don’t have. The fish was warm but not hot as I expected it to be cooked to order. Sandwich was oily and not tasty at all. French fries were barely warm. I will not be back.

White guy with the glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful both in person and on the phone afterwards. We placed an order at 3pm with a pickup time of 6pm yet our food wasn’t ready until 6:50pm. This guy lied about there being a message on the website stating that there would be a one hour wait time but thankfully the owner was there to offer some type of compensation. Such a shame because the service used to be good.

Horrible Service. We placed an order at 2pm to be picked up at 6pm. We arrived at 6 and were told our food wasn't ready so we stood there and waited. When asked how much longer it would be, the woman at the front counter simply answered "I don't know" with no further attempts to find out. We were later told 2 minutes which was changed to 5 minutes and then again changed to 10 minutes. We did not receive our food until 6:50pm. There was an extremely rude and mocking white man with glasses working at the counter that offered no apology or compensation when we finally got our food. We asked for a partial refund and with a very disrespectful tone he replied that if we "partially returned the food", we could get "whatever refund we wanted". When we called to complain, he lied saying there was a message on the website informing customers of a one hour wait time, which there was not. We have contacted corporate but will not be coming back and recommend you don't either.

Ordered from here on uber eats. Food came cold and very dry. I still ate it because I was hungry. About 6 hours later I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach pains. From 12am-10am the day I was VIOLENTELY crapping and throwing up. A whole trash can full of vomit. I will def not be eating here again LOL. The white guy with glasses is probably behind this madness.

I had high hopes for ordering. Ordered 15 tenders with sauces. Picked up the tenders and went to the event I was taking them. Tenders were overcooked to the point some were plainly burnt. And the sauces never made it in the bag. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
The wings were great. And they make your wings to specifications.

I placed an order over the phone and received something completely different. When I asked the "manager" why he didn't specify over the phone about what I was ordering he was literally speechless, didn't respond to my question. I asked to replace the order with what I actually wanted that costed the exact same amount, I was told I would have to pay again. "Manager" said I could get a refund, so I did...which in my eyes either way you're throwing away the old order whether you're replacing it or giving me a refund so I don't understand what the issue was. Anyways, I reviewed this place on Google and the "OWNER" responded and said to come in ask for them specifically, which I did, and he asked me to change the review to a positive one without any compensation or apology. When I refused he DELETED my Google review to keep up their reputation I guess. Will never be returning to this location which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and one I've been supporting since I was in high school. This location sucks.

Very well maintained establishment with friendly staff. My mom and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich. The portion size was incredible and seasoned very well.
