Came to this location to watch a Caps game and have some wings. 1st, we had to ask them to change the TV to a Caps game, which is a local hockey team. Sat ourselves at a high top at the bar. The server came about 5 minutes later telling us we had to order on our phone, which I thought was strange. She wasn't very helpful and pretty quiet. We both ordered, and the server came back around like 10 minutes later asking if we ordered. When the food came out, it was ok, not as good as other BDubs I've been to.Also, there were like 6 people at the bar itself, and no bartender to be seen. Finally, she came around to serve a couple of drinks, and then I saw her and some other coworkers on their phones eating and drinking. They all seemed bothered when they had to get a drink or help with serving food.I would not recommend this sports bar to anyone!

I have been to this location 3 times this year. Each time, the front desk lacked anyone to greet you and service was slow. The people who do end up helping are friendly enough but on peak days (like the Super Bowl and then again at the start of March Madness), there should be ample staff, and there wasn’t.They have a no waiter, scan this code and we’ll bring out your food system. The first time I used it, I was miscellaneously charged for a bottle of milk well after the fact of leaving the restaurant.Most recently, I placed an order for mozzarella sticks only. Was told by the app that they would be ready 30 minutes after placing the order. At the 30 minute mark I go in to obtain my food and it’s not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes in an all but empty restaurant for a single order of mozzarella sticks.Pack your patience or go elsewhere.

I arrived here to pick up. A Uber order today and waiting for more than 15 to almost 20 minutes. I didn't receive any help from anyone. Th were waiters walking around staring at me. Didn't see if I needed anything. That is really bad customer service.

THE ATTENTION IS VERY BAD - COLD FOOD - AND THEY OVERCHARGE YOU. To begin with, there were no waiters at reception. I waited a long time, the waitress did not take my order well, (and she repeated it several times with me) I waited almost half an hour for them to bring me the wings and the waitress had not brought the drinks, nor napkins (she preferred to be on her phone ) We repeatedly asked for drinks, the food was cold, and when it came time to charge, he wanted to charge us more. I will not return to this place.

Waited forever to get seated. 10 mins after ordering Courtnee our server came to ask us what was our order. My order came back wrong. Fries were cold, chili and cheese were also lukewarm. Never brought us our drinks. My wife had to get up herself to go serve herself a cup of pepsi, our celery and carrots never made it to the table until my wife asked, my friend ordered a long island iced tea and it never got to the table, once he brought it up to to the waitresses attention she admitted to drinking it because she forgot who ordered it.Terrible service unfortunately for the first time I didn’t tip. The waitress had the audacity to call us out after all the errors she made.

Arrived to pick up my to go order, nobody at the front desk. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for a server, and finally someone pokes their head out of the kitchen to give me my order. The order was wrong, so I waited for 10 more minutes to speak to someone and then I got annoyed and left. Do yourself a service a just don’t order from here. Unprofessional workers who just don’t care. Also heard some foul language pretty loudly from the servers in the kitchen, so I wouldn’t bring kids here either.

The dining area smelled really bad we didn't even order. I'm not sure if there was an issue with plumbing in the bathroom but until that problem is corrected they shouldn't be opened!!!!!

We always have a great time here. Staff and management are very helpful and attentive. For a chicken spot they make incredible burgers. Please check them out, you won’t be disappointed.Parking: Large shopping center

Service really bad i went with my wife and my daughter we were waiting for someone to seat us but no one came the manager saw me an he said someone is going to seat you like we wasn’t waiting the whole time we just left disappointed ☹️ really disappointed

I've only been here for lunch, and the service is quick. There is always a table. You seat yourself & order through your phone via the app. The waitress was so thoughtful and friendly! The wings are delicious and huge. The interior of this sports bar is a little worn from many years of use, but actually nice and comfortable. A lot of huge TVs to watch your team on.

I came here to watch the superbowl so, naturally, it was a completely packed house. The entire staff worked as a team and did what needed to be done.I got there early so I was ahead of the rush. However, when everyone came in and placed orders at the same time, they responsibly shut down the kitchen and bar to allow staff to catch up. Once everything was caught up, they started taking more orders. Of course there were a couple of complaints because you can’t please everyone. However, as someone who used to work in the industry, I respect a manager that understands and respects the capacity of their kitchen and overall staff.Had they not stopped taking orders to allow everyone to catch up on the back-end, it would’ve been even more of a sh-t show.The staff also remained poised while dealing with people who ordered items and moved or forgot what they ordered, people complaining about wait times and people who tried to order from the first waitress they saw instead of the one in that assigned area.Very well done.Now for the food, I ordered the ultimate nachos with double chicken and it was DELICIOUS. It is large portion and definitely shareable. If you’re ordering it just for yourself, you may not need an entree after lol.Parking - parking is limited in the immediate parking lot because someone thought it made sense to put a Starbucks right by here, but there’s plenty of parking in the shopping center right by the building so that wasn’t an issue.
