Came to this location to watch a Caps game and have some wings. 1st, we had to ask them to change the TV to a Caps game, which is a local hockey team. Sat ourselves at a high top at the bar. The server came about 5 minutes later telling us we had to order on our phone, which I thought was strange. She wasn't very helpful and pretty quiet. I have been to this location 3 times this year. Each time, the front desk lacked anyone to greet you and service was slow. The people who do end up helping are friendly enough but on peak days (like the Super Bowl and then again at the start of March Madness), there should be ample staff, and there wasn’t.They have a no waiter, scan this code and we’ll bring out your food system.
