This location turned things around a couple of years back, thankfully. They get it now that good customer service is essential. Also, no more half filled french fry containers. I mainly use the delivery service, and that has worked well, too.
I forgot to leave a wonderful review earlier. I had an excellent experience yesterday for dinner time at this restaurant. My food was accurate and made quickly and the food was amazing as always, and very hot. There is this one young lady who stood out to me because she served other customers including myself very politely and had an admirable smile. If I seem to remember her name tag said, Yesenia. Very sweet and welcoming young lady. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A!
I had an issue with my order, but they got in contact and made it right. This company does employ the nicest people.

Last visit, we experienced some technical challenges with the online order system not updating or being found when we arrived at the restaurant. The team stepped right up and re-entered the order, and we had everything in just a couple of minutes. With 3 little kids, chickfila is a go-to for inexpensive yummy meals, friendly service, and a play place that's clutch on rainy or hot days. We love all the events they do for kids here, too!
