The one star is because you can only use a card to purchase a salad that costs $28. I will stick to other healthy alternatives like Mezeh and Cava. I ate a whole bowl…worth $28! ? This place was also out the way so its not worth it for me. However, the food, atmosphere and customer service are still top notch.

Ordered through Doordash. And they didn't have the extra shrimp I wanted. They couldn't get through to me thru doordash(no problem) I'd guess the logical thing would be to remove the shrimp from the order since it wasn't the only protien in the dish. But they canceled my entire dish. So when my partners food showed up there was nothing for me. It took what 20-30 of waiting. Now I need to order again and wait even longer. First time experience

Just received my first order from here. Got brown apples and an almost rotten avocado that I paid extra for. Not so "fresh", Fresh Green. Also missing the bread we ordered. Aside from that it was fine.

Best salad spot around. The young people who work here are never what you might expect… polite, attentive, and generally interested in making sure you’ll enjoy your food. Also Ally the server is the shiz.

Always good but the prices seem to be a bit high compared to other salad places. I did a Caesar salad with jerk salmon which was $18.75 (9.75 for create your own + 9 for salmon) and a Caesar with jerk chicken $13.75.
My family has supported this place for quite some time even though we thought that their salads were at a high price point. Recently they changed their containers so that they are small in diameter with more depth. This new container only allows for a couple of tablespoon of veggies on top of a huge bowl of lettuce. I had one (1) broccoli floret, a teaspoon of onions and a 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan along with my protein on top of at least 4 cups of lettuce. I ended up putting my salad in a bowl at home and the ingredients almost disappeared only looking like I had a bowl of romaine. I could have saved my $18 dollar Caesar salad by purchasing a bag of lettuce at the grocery store in the complex. Extremely disappointing. My family will not be returning.

This place opened not too long ago. I've tried the jerk chicken caesar salad a couple times and it's very good.

Salads are very tasty and fresh. I typically get the create your own and select the things I want. I'm never disappointed with the quality of the ingredients. However, where my disappointment lies with Fresh Green is the lack of quality check for items ordered. 4 out of 5 times my order does not have the roll that I ordered, and several times does not have eating utensils. I ordered salads for my husband and I this evening and there were no rolls, and only 1 prepackaged eating utensils. So is the other one supposed to use their fingers? Despite speaking with the owner about this problem previously (and she was very apologetic) has not shown any improvement with orders being filled correctly. I don't know that I would recommend unless you actually go inside the store and watch employees put your order together.
