Food was good. It came out fast. The only reason I took off two stars is because our waitress took forever to even see us, then never came to check on us. Most of our time there was waiting. To top it all off, she tried charging gratuity for 3 people. Make sure to read your receipts.

IHOP overall is not my first choice to eat, but my recent experience there was HUGE improvement from before. Didn't smell bad like before, and service was great.

Ordered through UberEats and hands down, best delivered food I’ve ever experienced. Order was finished sooner than expected so everything arrived still very warm. Presentation was great, food was good and all condiments, napkins and utensils were included (a bigger deal than one may think).
