Staff are always nice as well as efficient and accurate with orders. It amazes me that the person slicing the meat can talk 2 to 3 people's order at a time and consistently get them correct. Meats and veggies are always fresh and they make it my way. ?

Aker hill is a horrible manager he should be fired forcing workers to work when they are sick, disgusting!!!,I recently ate here and got sick and later on found out the workers were sick.

The Subs was good I got a vegetarian. It's like the guy who made my sub was getting a little impatient with me. Like his job wasn't to make made to order subs. Over all I enjoyed it There's no glove changes after the meats same gloves From start to finishVegetarian options: Everything's mixed If someone's getting a ham sandwich, they go off from a ham, sticking it right into the lettuce. So vegetarians allergic allergies beware.There's no change gloves. Ham subs it's going right into the picklesDietary restrictions: Everything's contaminated!!!! cross-contamination!!!!! (EVERYTHING!!!). You can ask Them to changes gloves but its pointless Because there's doing it before u

I ordered the number 64 but do you see any mushrooms. I drove 10 miles to pick this up. This 8"sub is $11 and this is what I get. I literally had to drive back to get the sub re-made. This is not the first time this has happened and on 11/19/23 at 7:55 p.m. Racetrack do better. Who wants to make an extra trip. My family delayed dinner for more than an hour just to make this double trip. This is a freaking onion sandwich. The service is horrible, WHY WORK IF YOU CANNOT TAKE TIME TO DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY!

I was thinking all Jersey Mike franchises used shaved meat that is why I went. In OC, MD turkey was shaved. On TV it is also shaved. Why not on Bowie or Crofton!
Fresh sliced meat.Friendly fast service. Mikes's way is the best plus mayo. Clean bathroom.

Went in the other evening...there's was about 5 ppl behind the counter..one taking orders, one leaning behind the register staring at me and the guy taking phone orders, others cleaning and in the back. I was the only person inside and not one person took my order.. I walked out. Morning service is better. Their turn over rate is crazy...always new staff. I'll return in the am or when they hire adults who want to work.Response: You're staff new/old should already be trained properly. Using a negative review to act like it matters, doesn't help. Management here has been poor before and there is nothing but young people working there that's just there for a paycheck. You can't change the inevitable. Hire good hardworking staff or fire the dead weight.

We were all set for a delicious Jersey Mike's sub! Before ordering we looked at the condiments, the lettuce was disgusting looking!!! Looked like it had been there for a few days, was wilted and browned, we ended up walking out and not ordering anything, totally disappointed
