Chef Renee, was wonderful to work with. She arrived early and quickly performed her duties while being discreet. The food was delicious, and I would like to add that she was extremely courteous while setting up during an important meeting at my company. The display she set up was neat and orderly and easily identifiable. My colleague placing the order had no troubles and I look forward to working with Chef Renee in the future.

After 65 years of not liking grits, with or withoit shrimp or cheese, while all my family loved them, chef Kindle changed my mind on first bite! She used a New Orleans style sauce for the shrimp on top of super creamy grits- heaven. All else was equally well orchestrated

My favorite was literally everything but the banana pudding was amazing ? only thing is have water or non alcoholic beverages.
