To the gentleman working the drive-thru window on January 31st 2024 at 11:40 p.m., Please understand that I too work in customer service and understand how hectic/overwhelming/annoying, providing friendly and efficient service can be. But if you're at a place mentally or physically where you no longer want to provide service to the public, utilize your transferable skills that you possess elsewhere. After handing me my order, walking away, returning after about 5 minutes, seeming annoyed that I was still at the window, and then handing me one packet of ketchup after asking for some, honestly felt impolite and I didn't appreciate how I was treated in that moment. Of course, we all have our bad days, but don't let your bad day beat others down

This McDonald's doesn't offer free refills and your soda cup is filled in the back for you, I'm visiting from out of state and this location operates differently than what I'm used to, the prices are higher also, when I get back home I'll appreciate my local McDonald's

The service is typical as I'm usually utilizing the drive thru, but the food is usually cold and of you dine in, they don't have free refills for those who utilize that benefit. I don't because I usually don't finish the first drink but it was just odd not to see the fountains there and they have posted signs for the location not having free refills.

No stars if I could. They are so lazy and be quick to take cash in the middle of the night and charge extra for the food so they can pocket your money and then can’t even get your order right! At least get me what I asked for if you gone take your own tip unlawfully.Just lazy bruh. Would not recommend.
