To the gentleman working the drive-thru window on January 31st 2024 at 11:40 p.m., Please understand that I too work in customer service and understand how hectic/overwhelming/annoying, providing friendly and efficient service can be. But if you're at a place mentally or physically where you no longer want to provide service to the public, utilize your transferable skills that you possess elsewhere. I ordered meal 2c. I paid. At pick up window seemed confused. Asked me several times what I ordered. You ordered a 3...no 2c deluxe no mayo. Then they gave me a cheeseburger with lettuce on it.
