I ordered online for pickup. My order was ready in about 25 minutes. The pizza was nice and hot, the staff was friendly. I haven't eaten at Papa John's in a few years. The pizza was horrible and tasted nothing like I remember. Now, low quality ingredients...spongy sausages and cheese that didn't melt when reheated in the microwave. I won't be back.
Ordered over the phone, spoke to someone, got my order in and got a pick up time. I get over there and they were looking for my order like it never happened. They told me it may have gone through the call center. I recalled the same number while at the store amd it rang there. Another call to the same number with an automated voice note said my order was ready for pick up. I had ordered for a group of physicians that had a scheduled lunch time and couldn't get even an explanation of what happened. It was as if I made up the whole thing in my head....there was no empathy, there was no acknowledgement of any sort. Manager had no resolution..... he wouldn't even provide a number to corporate for me to elevate or address the issue and he certainly wasn't going to do anything to understand the root cause so that this doesn't happen again to me or other customers. Terrible experience and terrible service.

Absolutely terrible service. 2 hours to get a pizza. I called the manager and she said she only had 1 driver on a Friday night. Sounds like a bad manager and PPP. She had nothing to offer except excuses. We will never order from here again.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. They are extremely slow and have terrible service. I have given this business multiple opportunities to provide better service however it is never up to standard. Food always arrives late and cold.

My last 3 orders i ordered wings asked for well done did not get that. I use to work there so i know the deal and what well done wings look like. I called the store 3 times no answer. I walked into store to let them know after placing order online.the girl whispered to the person on the oven. And i never seen my wings go back in the oven they let it sit to the side while i waited for my food as if they put my order back through. Not sure what happened after JJ the manager switched stores. They need to re-train the staff.

I order a pizza and Parmesan breadsticks. Everything was overcooked. I will not be returning there again. The Parmesan was poorly put on the breadsticks.

Service was awful! I just left and the girl with orange curly hair was very rude and had an attitude upon taking my order. Everyone seemed miserable inside and they were too busy in their own conversations to bother with me. Ended up canceling and leaving. Don’t waste your time here

I’ve been ordering here often considering I’m on a budget and about to move from the area, there’s a man a bit oversized and wears glasses that does deliveries and today he was just downright rude as hell to me because they called me three times I tried calling back and it would not connect me to the store at all. Instead of telling me the solution he was talking down to me almost as if I was being punished for not answering the phone. Mind you I’m on my lunch break quickly from work! Not ordering from here again.
I ordered something with the last of my allowance and ordered original breadsticks. Some guy shows up who seems stoned and only gives me my stuff crust cheese pizza and told me they couldnt make it because “they ran out of garlic”. For original breadsticks that dont contain garlic? On TOP of that, he said the order was still the original price, and said I would be refunded. I payed in cash. I paid $25 ($5 for a tip) but why lie like that?

Ordered on line. Pizza was ready in 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised so I headed over to pick it up. Disappointed when I opened the pizza box before I left. I ordered bacon and pepperoni and could count the bacon on one hand. The manager and young lady who watched me politely told me it was there. Maybe 4 pieces AT best.
I left with it. Overall, the ingredients were lacking - leas sauce making the pizza dry.

If I could do zero stars I would. The pizza presentation was awful. Cut incorrectly, crust uneven, not enough toppings on two out of three of the pizzas. It tasted awful and the tracker was incorrect. It didn’t show up to date information. The staff isn’t sanitary and makes pizzas and ring up without washing their hands. I noticed this after getting my food. I will never go to any Papa John’s ever again. My order is awful messed up or taste awful.

06-20-2024: So, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for carry out. (Remember the word pepperoni.) I ordered and paid online, then I drove 6 miles to get it. Once inside the store, yeah, I understand it's busy, but I waited a long 5 minutes before someone asked me if I was picking up an order. "Yes," I answered. Anyway, I get my pizza and drove 6 miles back home. I opened the box and guess what? NO PEPPERONI! The word "Pepperoni" was on my email confirmation and on the sticker on the pizza box. Anyway, I wasn't even in the mood to drive back to the store. It's been a while since I ordered from there; it might be a while before I go back.

I ordered 2 pizza on the website. When they arrived, they were FUBAR. I called the store and they apologized and offered to send new ones. They came back perfect. Thank you for the great customer service. We are all guilty of making mistakes but not everyone offers restitution. Thank you. I really appreciate it. Great customer service.
