I tried to give Pizza Hut a chance but when I got home I saw that my mild wings were dumped in some yellow sauce that taste like garlic and my breadsticks were not done and soggy that I should have went elsewhere
Called to make an order for pick up. After about 15 rings I hung to make sure I had the right number. I did so called back, someone answered after about 10 ring and i was put on hold immediately. After waiting 4 minutes someone picked up and informed specials/deals//coupons could only be used on online orders. No specials can be used when placeing a phone order for pick up???? Will never order pizza there again.

Ordered and paid for 2 pizzas and bread sticks for delivery. Even pre tipped. Pizza hut apparently uses door dash drivers now. They left the food on my step without ringing or knocking. It was missing a whole pizza. Called the store and they apologized and asked if I could come and pick up my other pizza. Of course I said no, I paid for delivery and got half my order.
