I bought a drink from this location today and almost swallowed a big piece of plastic that was in the drink. I tried calling the location and no one answered. Take time out to train the new person properly. So disgusting! Never again.
Does this even count as a drink? Everyone knows Starbucks is expensive as it is and I don’t mind treating myself once in a while but if I’m gonna pay $7 DOLLARS for a MEDIUM sized drink, I would hope to have a filled cup. It’s not even close to the brim. I’ve worked at SB about 7 years ago and would have never served this to a customer because I wouldn’t want someone to serve it to me like this.
