Forgot to put my drink order in Door dash order and I asked for Chinese mustard very nicely and thanked them in my notes. Door Dash driver told me he's not coming back and I'm only 5 minutes up the street. Resturant tells me it's there fault but they can't help me but I can get a water next time I order. You already pay a premium for having it delivered of at least 10%. Can we please get an order right the first time.

-Cook re-heated spring rolls that I ordered by dropping them in the grease again. This resulted in greasy burned spring rolls.-Salmon had a very strong fishy taste. I’m pescatarian and know that salmon should not taste fishy that way.-The only thing that was decent was the vegetables.-The man at the register, his nails were dirty like he just finished gardening. His hands were greasy and gross looking.-One of the cooks, removed something out of the sink drain, placed in the trash can, and then returned to cooking on the grill.FYI- If you’re allergic to seafood, I caution you before eating here. They did not take any precautions such as cleaning the grill off once they were done cooking my salmon. Cross contamination is highly probable here.I tasted my food, but it went right into the trash. Didn’t even feel like complaining, I just went elsewhere for lunch. Will NOT go back.

My first and last time at this location. The young ladies at the front store do not take this job serious. They messed up the order of lady the lady in front of me. After waiting long and the lady realized that her order was wrong. The cashier then proceed to stay yea I couldn’t hear. So now that lady had to wait for her correct order to be made. While not to long after my order was complete and I asked for my order and another young girl in the front packing the food in the bag told me no I can’t have my food until the lady in front me gets her order. Now everyone in the line was filling aware that a mistake was made and our food was just sitting out waiting for the cook to finish make the lady’s meal all over. I asked again for get my food as it will get cold just sitting there the staff was very disrespectful and dismissed and said no. I laughed it off has she was very unprofessional and it did not make any sense what she was saying. Later on as she finally decided to pack my food in the bag she Knowles try to leave out my part of my order and laughed when I brought it to her attention. I then asked for some duck sauce with my hand out she proceeded to by pass me and stick it in the bag. It was overall a horrible experience! I will not be spending my money here. The food was tasteless and the service was so poor. This is the young lady in the front. Keep in mind no one apologised to the lady in front of me for messing up her order and for the long wait. The rest of customers we forced to wait for them to correct (I mean cook a whole meal) before we can get our food which were already packed out and sitting on the counter top. They attitudes were just nasty. This was during the day not rush hour. Also a guy came from the back picking at his nose while customer were waiting to get their food packed in a bag. Never again!

I order here a lot. My usual order is chicken extra chicken which usually leaves me so full I have some left over. Today I decided to order beef with extra beef and they gave me less than they would have given me if I had ordered just beef. I will not be going back because I don’t enjoy being ripped off after being a loyal customer for over a year.

I frequent Quickway about once a month. For me, its somewhat of a guilt free fast-food option. The chicken hibachi is always hot and fresh. I am not a huge fan of the other menu items. You're better off going to Harris Teeter for sushi. Other reviewers mention bad customer service, but I have yet to encounter a rude employee.

I went here earlier today on Veterans Day (11/11)It was pretty good foodUnfortunately, it was a bit loud and the cashier wasn't able to really hear meAfter, finally getting my food! The spring rolls were great, but some of my chicken from my order was not cooked all the way through.I would just recommend to the staff the the pieces equally get enough time on the grill

I usually don’t like giving bad reviews but after what I just saw…. I ordered hibachi and spring rolls. Saw a worker in the back eat a spring roll, lick his fingers, NOT wash his hands, then stick licked fingers and hand in the bag for my spring rolls to open it. Like what??? Soooo gross. Throwing the food in the trash and never eating here again. They need to be visited by the health department.

Went in here for a quick bite. I ordered the chicken no rice with veggies and no sauce since im on the keto diet. The cook replied yeah no sauce not sweet. I think he heard me wrong and replied yeah. I tasted the chicken first since it looked like it was marinated with sauce and sweet. Nothing bad but wanted it plain since im on my diet. So I took it back and told the owner I wanted no sauce and he replied the chicken is already seasoned. So I asked about the grilled salmon and he said yeah the salmon has no sauce. So I exchanged for the salmon upgrade. And no complaints! Got the salmon with veggies and hit the spot! Great bang for your buck under $10. I picked the carrots out and ate the broccoli n cabbage. I recommend this place for a quick bang for your buck!

Can't rate their food and service because we immediately changed our minds about eating here after we walked in the front door. As soon as we entered we were met with an overwhelming stench to what I can only assume was due to them using old sour mop water and never properly rinsing out the mop after use. My wife described it as sour stank feet. Either way, worse thing for restaurant guests to be met with upon entering your establishment. Get your act together guys.

I would give this restaurant no stars if I could. I am half-Japanese and lived in Japan for the first 12 years of my life. No self-respecting Japanese person would claim this food. It is just so poor. And the staff are just as inattentive as the food. I tried three different Quickways hoping that the first was an anomaly, and got the same poor results. Never again.

Great noodles and teriyaki chicken with or without the teriyaki sauce. The salmon sushi is surprisingly good too. I like both locations near me.

Highly disappointed....My fiance went there about 20 mins ago (BEFORE CLOSING THERE WAS AT LEAST 20 MINS BEFORE CLOSING) to order food and he ordered 2 plates 1 in which he stated beef and chicken with noodle... and they put shrimp on my plate EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER DID NOT HAVE SHRIMP... MIND YOU I AM ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP and they refused to make another plate and the cooks saw everything and were told they needed to make another plate and the cook looked at my fiance and threw soap and water on the grill saying NO THEY WILL NOT DO THAT....... This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed...My fiance went there about 20 mins before closing, and they were still open and cooking food... so he goes to order 2 plates1 with chicken and shrimp and the other one beef and chicken with noodles, they put shrimp on the plate that shouldn't have shrimp on it ..... MIND YOU I AM ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP and they refused to make another plate, the cooks SAW EVERYTHING and HE WAS TOLD that he needed to make another plate and the cook looked at my fiance and threw soap and water on the grill saying NO HE WILL NOT DO THAT HE DOESNT HAVE TIME....... WHAT TYPE OF S*** IS THAT...... We come here a lot and never experienced negative service like this... SMFH if I could give ZERO STARS I would.......This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!
