I usually come here only when I need motivation to study, since everyone else is working here too. But honestly, the coffee is one of the worst I’ve had — very low quality and poorly made. Staff are nice, but I think they should learn how to make better coffee. Starbucks really needs to improve the coffee at this location.

Horrible customer service. Maybe we went at the wrong time but the young girl with the colorful braces was rude, disrespectful and on her personal phone having an entire personal conversation as we're standing there waiting to place an order for several minutes. Did not address us at all until I asked if she was working. We walked away because I did not need anyone spitting in my coffee with that rude attitude.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dani today. She was extremely helpful and patient while I couldn’t make up my mind on my order. She made my frappe quickly. Dani maintained great customer service and was very pleasant.

I was there at 650am and the staff with an unfriendly attitude stated that they weren't open. Hours says 6am so not sure why she had the attitude already that early in the morning.

The Starbucks inside was trying to charge me 25 cents for water in my own cup, with no ice. Literally just water. When I asked what I would be paying for if I brought my own cup and don’t want ice, I was told it’s company policy to only give out a small cup of water….. meanwhile the Safeway itself doesn’t even have a water fountain by the bathroom like most stores. As a matter of fact, I was told they use to have water fountains and actually removed them. I refuse to pay a multimillion dollar company for water. Both Starbucks and Safeway are really denying people our basic human right of drinking water. Pretty frustrating.

8pm closing time. Drive thru lighting was off. Couldn't see the menu. Deterrent? Mistake? Broken? Barrista didn't seem phased when I brought it to her attention. She still pleasantly took my drive thru

The barista is as solo and killing it. She kept her area clean and took one order at a time. My drunk was absolutely perfect and I recommend anyone who needs Starbucks in the go to stop here. The wait was reasonable and the lovely lady was in such high spirits that I know I’ll be back!

I think his name is Dave and he works the early morning shift and will normally get in around 6:00 a.m. I find his lack of professionalism truly appalling and his lack of customer service skills needs alot of work especially how he doesn't even greet anyone when they say "good morning,how are you today" he doesn't even acknowledge customers. STARBUCKS FIND A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE!!!!!!
