Nate who works in the mornings is slower then molasses on a cold day. If you see him turn around and try a different store you'll thank this review.

The barista is as solo and killing it. She kept her area clean and took one order at a time. My drunk was absolutely perfect and I recommend anyone who needs Starbucks in the go to stop here. The wait was reasonable and the lovely lady was in such high spirits that I know I’ll be back!

This evening I visited this Safeway at the Fairwood, Maryland location around 7pm with my 5 year old daughter and the store itself was very nice and clean as usual. The workers were all willing to assist when needed and everything was going well until i stopped at the Starbucks on my way out. I ordered my drink and my daughter asked for a cake pop. There was clearly 2 cake pops left in the display window but when I asked for one the cashier, a tall plus sized Hispanic woman quickly cut me off and said, "We don't got no cake pops left." I looked over and the two left in the window and notice that there were empty holes in the styrofoam block that held the pops up that were empty which meant there were more cake pops available that were most likely sold to other customers. My daughter walked over to the window and pointed at the 2 remaining pops. I looked at the woman and asked, "Are those displays?" , and she quickly nodded her head clearly lying. I'm not sure if this young lady was saving them for herself because it was getting close to her closing but it would've been smart to remove the last remaining two cake pops from the window before lying to a customer and a child in an attempt not to sell an item that we all could see was there, and her snappy attitude completely sucked! I've never had an issue there until this evening. It's normally a friendly establishment that I frequent a lot.

I come to this Starbucks when I'm in the area for my mother. I decided to treat myself which is very rare. On this visit as usual I didn't know what to get, I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I looked over the menu and saw the picture of the Mocha Cookie Crumble, it was close to what I was looking for, besides getting my usual Mocha Frappe so I tried that . Its really good, I loved the cookie crumbles, on my next visit really soon, I want extra of those.

I think his name is Dave and he works the early morning shift and will normally get in around 6:00 a.m. I find his lack of professionalism truly appalling and his lack of customer service skills needs alot of work especially how he doesn't even greet anyone when they say "good morning,how are you today" he doesn't even acknowledge customers. STARBUCKS FIND A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE!!!!!!

The worst customer service I ever received in Starbucks! The employee was very short and rude. My husband and were engaged in small conversation while waiting for our order and she never told us it was ready. When asked why she didn’t tell us, she answered very nastily that she didn’t want to keep interrupting but she never did! SMH
