Please do not go here. I must say it again please do not go to this place. Me and my family went there to celebrate my nephew’s birthday on yesterday February 28, 2025, and it was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. First off my server cannot remember her name was very rude. She kept forgetting items we’ve had to ask for items several times and she still forgot. everyone got their appetizer. I flagged her down to make her aware. I never got my appetizer. She told me once it’s up It will come out it end up coming out with all of my food. Second once the food came out, she never stopped by to check in to make sure everything was received correctly. We had to flag her down once again to make her aware things were missing, and things were not right on the table. The food was OK. It could have been better. I’m just gonna leave it as it was OK. The kicker of the night, as we were eating a roach, proceeded by my sister’s plate as she was eating Yes, a roach a roach. When we saw the roach, we immediately panic. We asked the server to please send the manager over. There was a manager that came over who was very very ghetto who had red extensions in her hair, who thought it was funny that a roach appeared on the table . She argued us down that they don’t have roaches here she attempt to give us coupons for a next visit, which we have no intentions on ever returning. So things escalated the police was called and her servers got very hostile and I rate. Her response was my servers don’t play about me. They are always on go mode because I’m one of the nice managers here excuse me. So yes, please avoid this place by all means necessary.

I’ve been here four times over the last 6 years. Every time we use the app for call ahead seating, and every time it says 0-10min which is perfect because we live/work 10 minutes away. But we arrive and they tell us in 30-45 minutes every time. Today they told us 25-30 despite the text they sent telling us 0-10 again. There’s a couple sitting next to us that’s been waiting over an hour. Will not be returning.

There's no place like this for great stakes and chops, delicious home-cooked sides, sweet buttered rolls, drinks, friendly and professional atmosphere, great service and always accommodating... come one come all. Perfect price point and fun for all cause when you feel at home at restaurant that's says everything... I just wish for a location in the Northern VA. and DC area and one more in Capitol Heights area at the Richie Station Court shopping area.

This is the best Texas restaurant I’ve ever been to! I’ve visited restaurants in different states, even in Texas itself, but none of them compare to this place. The service here is top-notch—this is what I call proper management! The staff works like a well-oiled machine: some bring out the food, while others promptly clear the dirty plates. Everything is fast and efficient. The team is incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to make sure the food is great and that everything is perfect.
If you want to experience real Texas cuisine with exceptional service, this is the place to be! I highly recommend it!

My friend and I went here with our kids and her younger brother and the service was HORRIBLE. From the time we sat down our server Tasha acted like she was annoyed we sat down. She rolled her eyes multiple times when we were talking to her and after we got our food she only asked us questions as she was walking by our table and never actually stopping which led to her not hearing anything we said or asked for and her acting like we never responded. We gave her some grace b/c it was a holiday and really busy but we were ignored most of the night and given a nasty attitude for no apparent reason. We assumed b/c the restaurant was loud she could not hear us properly when we were responding but if she actually stopped by the table and did not keep trying to talk only while in motion it may have helped. I wasn't ready to put my drink in the first time she asked because I had just come from the bathroom so I guess as my punishment I was never given a drink for my meal nor asked about it again. When we would try to ask for things she would keep walking by the table while making eye contact And not ask or say anything. We were not able to put in refills for the kids drinks, had to ask the busser for our togo bags and the runners for the sauces that were missed and to take back the order that was put in wrong, and as I stated never given an option for me to get a drink. The grace I had given due to the holiday wavered when I saw her actively engaging with her other tables and not giving them the same attitude she gave us. I’m not sure what the issue was but it was uncalled for and ruined the experience. When she refused to come back to the table I guess hoping we would just leave, even though we were waiting for help from her so we could leave, my friend waved down someone in a red shirt for assistance that she assumed was a manager and they also ignored us. My food and the rolls were really good though so that was a plus. I ordered the bone in ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. Again I understand holidays get hectic and have worked in the service industry myself but how we were treated was uncalled for. It seems as if people look at you and assume you wont tip so they don’t make the effort, not realizing their actions are what makes that come into fruition. (We still tipped though begrudgingly). And no the kids were not running wild nor did they create any huge messes if anyone was wondering. I might try them again on a regular night and hope last night was just a fluke but thats just because the food was pretty good.

Yeah food, service and all that is great but can you guys, please, get some wifi? I get zero bars when I'm there. I can't even get the "table is ready" text from the hostess. So, cmon, its 2025, put in or activate some guest internet.
I was excited to go for the rolls and steak. I got a roll but no steak. I ordered the porter house meal with onions medium well. The steak came out w/o onions. I asked the waitress for onions as I’m still waiting I noticed my steak was well done and I couldnt cut into to. I tried to let the waitress Gabby know but she walked off so fast. I was finally able to let her know just to be brought another steak the same exact way. Well done no onions and Gabby wasn’t the one who brought it nor did she EVER come bk to the table to check on me or the rest of my party.

First before i even get into this review let me start off with saying me and my family have been coming to texas roadhouse establishments for over 15 years this brand is not new to us its dear to us and this location has truly dropped the ball today. Where Do I Start THE BREAD WAS DOUGHY & The Shrimp Appetizer Were Salty, The Buffalo Wings Were Undercooked. My Fried Catfish Was Good But My Son's Steak Which Was Supposed to be MEDIUM RARE Was medium well to well done The waitress was RUDE & The Manager Was WORSE!!!! The manager stating "where Do you work so I can never come to your place of buisness" and the waitress stating when asked about when the food is coming out stating "it comes out when it comes out" they raised there voices at us making us uncomfortable and frankly borderline unsafe never is it ok to talk bad about a customer to there face nor cut them off as the MANAGER did us never is it ok to try and excuse your rudeness in customer service with "well actually yall were rude first not only were we never rude but your job as a manager is to kick us out of the building if we are truly causing a problem and as that was never done there was never any rudeness we bit our tongues until we left the establishment talking humbly and honestly with the manager just to be railroaded by snappy comebacks and Sarcastic remarks about how she wanted to know where we worked so she could not go there THIS HAS RUINED TEXAS ROADHOUSE FOR ME WE REALLY ENJOY GOING TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE BUT NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE DINE AT THIS BOWIE LOCATION.
