When I first started going here 1 yr ago it was really good, but now it has slowly gone down hill. The service was super lazy and seemed annoyed to be there. The food came out looking like crap and I didn't really enjoy the burger.

I got the Santa Barbara charburger but lettuce wrapped and added portobello mushrooms. I enjoyed this burger alot ! Better than 5guys burger( those burgers the beef sometimes tastes weird to me) I got onion rings extra crispy and husband brought home 5 dipping sauces

I asked for a fresh salad because the salads aren't always fresh. I often have to pick through old salads I buy in bags because they lose their freshness, becoming waterlogged and discolored.

This is the third time I've had to throw away most of the salad from this place. I don't want a pre-made salad that's been sitting in the fridge or one made with day-old cut-up veggies.

What may look fresh at first glance often doesn't...
