We went through the drive through just now and it was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. All we kept hearing was “is that all?” at least 4 times then when my husband had to ask me a question about what to say for the order .. we heard “hellllooooooo” on the intercom. And now our drinks are not right because she was so impatient. The crazy part about it is I think it was a manager that spoke to us that way. Horrible customer service and EVERY drink I get from this location has to be remade (i always get attitude like I made the drink wrong)! It’s convenient , but I need to stop giving this location chances to get it right. I will stick to the Starbucks in Safeway!
