“Last year there was major issues with the store they closed, they remodeled, and it appears they changed all of their policy and procedures as to what it should be. I travel all throughout the state of Maryland for my job and I frequent a lot of different subways and sub shops. I went in here on Saturday in the morning and I was blown away. They were freshly slicing meat in front of me restrooms were accessible, and the place was really clean. Customer service was on point. The store should be a role model for all of the other subways. Thank you for making corrective action.“

“I went here around 11 am today. With two daughters and five granddaughters ages 10-1. The staff here were the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever experienced at a restaurant -and this was fast food. Place was clean, staff was great and we love Chick Fil A so win all the way around. And a lot cheaper than the aquarium where we had been! Great people. Thanks to all“

When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer.
