I was greeted with a friendly voice, my order was taken quickly and accurately, and the staff kept a positive attitude the whole time. The service was fast, smooth, and made the experience enjoyable. “We were volunteering for event in City Garage in Baltimore. We realized half way through the event that the caterer was not going to show up. So Pizza from Pizza Hut became our plan B in 1 minute. That was the best decision ever made. They made our order of 15 Pizza in 20 minutes on a very reasonable budget. The only thing we needed to do was dial and press 3- Talk to someone in restaurant (not 1- place order, because that goes to the call center, which wasted some time)
A huge shout out to Lisa, Alyssa and Mike from Pizza Hut at 5000 Ritchie Highway, because of them our party was a hit. You guys are the best!!!!!!

“Last year there was major issues with the store they closed, they remodeled, and it appears they changed all of their policy and procedures as to what it should be. I travel all throughout the state of Maryland for my job and I frequent a lot of different subways and sub shops. I went in here on Saturday in the morning and I was blown away. They were freshly slicing meat in front of me restrooms were accessible, and the place was really clean. Customer service was on point. The store should be a role model for all of the other subways. Thank you for making corrective action.“

When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. When I asked her can she make me fresh apple pies she always say yes and let's me know how long it will take for them to be ready. Thank you very much Jada!!! I greatly appreciate you!!!

“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but
