Unfortunately, the cashier must have been having a bad day. Instead of nicely leading us through specific choices that we needed to make, he said "Well that wasn't specific enough." Also, he seemed perturbed that he needed to repeat himself so I could read his lips better. We asked for the order to go but sat at a table to eat a bit before driving off. The order had the incorrect sides, but the cashier corrected the errors quickly while noting, "That's what I get for trusting people (coworkers?)." I felt bad for the staff stuck in that working environment. The food was tasty, and the quality was good, which was the only redeeming part of the overall experience. Check your order and don't expect a smile.Vegetarian options: Restaurant is not geared to provide vegetarian meals.Parking: Shared parking lot, but ample parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant appeared to be ADA compliant.
Still the WORST Popeyes out of 3 in my area(?Brooklyn/Glen Burnie/Patapsco) I Ordered 2 flavor wings thru Uber Eats & only received the Garlic Parmesan, the 2nd flavor was suppose to be the Sweet & Spicy but I got NO S&S sauce!! Just naked wings. I looked at my receipt & the order was placed correctly just the employees did NOT take the time to read or did NOT care??♀️ Either way I won't be returning to the Brooklyn location I was hoping they got better since my last visit over 3years ago but I see they have NOT!! Unsatisfied customer

I drove through the drive thru and there is like 50 rats on the lawn outside the store. The other day I drove by here there was employees outside by there with other people. Hope they clean the area and get rid of the rats

Horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful staff, and had you sitting in drive through line without taking your order and getting upset when I asked for an estimate wait even tho it’s no one in front of you. Do better.

I didn't go inside so the atmosphere is null.As far as everything else. We purchased a family meal and we were given two different sides than we ordered when we checked our food before leaving (Something everyone should do) and when we brought it to their attention they got MAD. Like REALLY, REALLY MAD! Why? Your guess is as good as mine. Then we found out they didn't have my side item. All I said was why didn't they say something and they got defensive. Needless to say I won't be returning. You know I was told that Popeyes was a dying company and now ( if it's true) I can see why.

I brought my son here after his game and we ordered a chicken sandwich meal with mango hab wings. We get to the window, they came back 3 times telling us that they had nothing that we ordered left. The store didn't close for another hour, why don't you have fries at least not even biscuits left. They literally only had chicken tenders. My son was hungry so we settled for tenders and a strawberry biscuit. I thought that she changed my Total but they still charged me the price for what we ordered for less value of food. We both were too tired for me to go back and fix it. Why would you sell anything without checking to make sure that you have it first and why if you have an hour left to be open fries At least should be available. Im sick of this Popeyes always messing up on orders and running out of things in the evening. It looks like it's managed by children everytime I come it's a bunch of children playing around.
