I didn't go inside so the atmosphere is null.As far as everything else. We purchased a family meal and we were given two different sides than we ordered when we checked our food before leaving (Something everyone should do) and when we brought it to their attention they got MAD. WORST LOCATION as far as Customer Service. MOST times food is Decent however: ***6/30/23 9:15 PM received a 5 piece 2 Can Dine Meal ALL TASTELESS *STALE, OLD* DRY ZERO FLAVOR THIGHS. EXACTLY: NO DRUMS, WINGS NOR BREAST; JUST 5 TINY PATHETIC THIGHS. THEY CLOSE 10PM GUESS THEY DIDN'T FEEL LIKE FRYING ANY MORE CHICKEN AND THE WINGS DRUM & BREAST LEFT WORKERS TOOK HOME. By far the worst customer service ever. Sat at drive through for 10 min before being told my order would be another 10 min. They didn’t even know what my order was. It’s terrible terrible. At least they were polite and the window cashier was thick af . Lol tell them to do better. 1 star for the service 5 stars for thick cashier. Avg 3 stars
