Staff are nice and food is good, but we can't keep waiting 10 to 20 minutes each time at the drive-thru and it's become every time we go. Ppl try to back out the line and if you can't back out your stuck there until you get to a point you can drive around. It's just become all the time now. They lose so much business. You can hear ppl asking the menu hello, anyone there? Sometimes I watch ppl get tired of waiting, not place and order and just drive through....

The two Whoppers 🍔 with cheese 🧀 were received in semi-smasshed condition.
And the FLIES 🦟 in the dining room were horrible!
The staff either lacked Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills.
The French fries 🍟 were Great!

No greeting, no one paid attention to those waiting. I had to ask for my pick up order that was waiting for me and no one said thank you or even a farewell when I left. Drive thru was steady, 2 people waiting to make an order and 2 waiting for a pick up, no others customers in store. They said more to the 2 crew members coming in than to the 4 customers that had been waiting over 15 minutes to be. Yes we timed it after being ignored.
