Plaza Tolteca is located on Three Notch Road, in California, Maryland. Easy to get to, with plenty of parking. There might be a bit of a wait, during the usual main eating hours. Otherwise seating should be rather quick. It is as authentic Mexican cuisine to obtain in the area. Still one of my favorite places to go. It's not was good as it used to be. Think the "pandemic" bs hasn't helped it much. The food is still good, not as many shrimp in the Texas fajitas as it used to have. And the service the last few visits has been lack luster to be polite, It wasn't very busy either. DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!! They don't receive the orders that you submit. When you get there, they will need to look at your order that you had submitted on your phone and order to resubmit everything you asked for. The kitchen hasn't started the order either so you'll have to wait for your food even longer.
