Terrible experience tonight at this location. Went there to order dinner for my daughter and the servers didn’t even acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes while they filled mobile order after mobile order. What happened to taking care of customers right in front of you first. Then the cashier made us wait even longer because she was busy processing more mobile orders too. I was there at 8:35pm tonight. This location has really went downhill. I used to rave about how nice this location was from the service, food quality, and serving size. Lately the online orders have been incorrect dispite having the correct name on the label. My husband went to pick up an order and was met with extremely rude employees. We tried again on another day and again hostile and rude employees. Don't bother asking for salad dressing as the employees get very upset at the request.
