Fried catfish and rock fish were overcooked, dry and tough. Fried mushrooms were watery and barely defrosted. Prices are high for what you get.

This place is awesome! Real, homemade food, super tasty, and affordable, They aren't skimping on the portions either. I had the garlic Peri Peri chicken with mashed potatoes and fried okra. The sauce was so tasty, tangy and spicy, You could tell that everything was made in-house, too.
Now I know where I MUST eat when I'm driving through.😋

Had an excellent to-go meal - fried flounder, collards, mac & cheese, and hushpuppies. Conveniently located along route 50. MUCH better eating than stopping at a fast food spot. We called our order in when we were ~20 minutes away and it was hot and ready for us when we arrived.

I had 2 crab cakes, the best Cole slaw and wonderful fried okra it was so delicious. But then I found the corn bread, oh my gosh it was the best. I will eat here always. This place is awesome.

Absolutely Amazing! We were heading home from vacation, when we decided to stop at Butter and Grace for a late lunch. We were tired of fast food and seafood. We were craving something with a home cooked taste. Butter and Grace far exceeded our expectations!! It will for sure be on our must list of places to stop on our next vacation!! Every dish we tried was so flavorful and delicious!

Awesome place for great plates at a very reasonable price! (Please tip; these people deserve it). I ordered ahead of time but decided to dine in. The employee who served me was friendly and humble and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the chicken curry which comes with white or vegetable rice and pita bread and as my side, I chose mac and cheese. I have heard that the yams are also a very popular side. Just stopped at this place on a whim while traveling and I will definitely be coming back anytime I am coming through the area. Oh, and they had classic soul music playing at an appropriate volume for eating and conversation, which was a nice touch. What a treasure! 💎
