I was so excited when I saw the first work being done for this Chipotle in late 2024 and it hasn't disappointed so far. Being in a small town I love that there's never a long line and the taste of the food is consistently good. Being a former employee in another state I recognize the quality practices are on par at this location and with the rewards on the Chipotle app this has become my go to for food.

Love the drive thru. My order is always right and fresh.
It was a Monday night after our daughter's Softball game and we stopped in around 8pm. The place was pretty dead, but was still to be open for about another hour. We got the vibe that we were putting the employees out by being there. Then my wife and daughter both had hair in their rice. I know it may be a bit late, but I mean, cmon. Not that I typically expect much from a Chipotle, but I do expect a little better than this.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cambridge, MD, offers a mix of experiences for diners. Many customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly noting the service from an employee named Ty, who assisted with the app for drive-thru orders. The food is consistently described as fresh and delicious, with highlights including perfectly cooked meats and standout queso. However, some guests have encountered disappointment with missing menu items and a lack of apologies from the staff. One visitor shared an unexpected experience with a quesadilla that turned out differently than anticipated, yet found it surprisingly tasty. Overall, the restaurant is appreciated for its clean environment, great value, and dedicated employees, making it a location worth returning to.
