I don’t recommend this Rusticana. Take the trip to Easton. Last two orders I ordered a well done pizza and both were regulars. No big deal just not what I ordered. Last time I was there though I had a carry out order and there was confusion on the order. I had reached out about it to have this situation resolved and didn’t get anywhere with anyone at this location. Thankfully I was able to have help from someone at the Easton location who was very nice and was supposed to have someone call from the Cambridge location. However they never got ahold of me so nothing ever actually came of this. The person from the Easton location only reached back out to solve this situation once I made a complaint and asking for the review to be deleted.

Staff bad attitude when calling in.
I will never order from Rusticana pizza again. First on Door dash they have a 1030 to 1100 delivery time available. I get a call saying we do not have delivery driver until 1100. Okay 30 minutes no big deal. Then an hour later it shows the delivery complete. I call them and the girl with the attitude says we do not actually follow the door dash app. Finally after about an hour and a half my food shows up cold. Last time for me. Definitely not what it used to be.

Delicious food, especially the fettuccine Alfredo and garlic knots. Pizza is always amazing, and the preparation time is always quick. A good place to dine in or take out.

I first started going to the Rusticana in the Easton Marketplace 16 years ago when I opened my business in Easton, I was there so often I became friends with two of the staff and knew the owner as many locals do. I now go to the Rusticana behind Wawa. I was ordering a pizza for some clients I was taking to a BnB of mine they were residing in for the weekend, I was put on hold, I then was firmly greeted by Angie who informed me I ordered a pizza back in January and never picked it up, I was then told if I was to do that again I would pay for my pizza and the ones I never came to get. I have no recollection of this occurring -typically if I order food it is because I in fact WANT the food and am going to retrieve it. Also I have ordered MANY pizzas since January and knew nothing of this taking place I had the call on speaker and my clients in the car were not only taken back but as confused as I. I assured Angie I did not do that and as a business owner understand loss of profit. She continued saying the same thing she told me before verbatim and had a very angry tone. I told her never mind I would not be placing an order. She dismissed me and we hung up. There are MANY wonderful independently owned pizza places in Easton one can go to so customer service SHOULD be important to all retail workers like Angie. I went to Roma and per usual the food was great, the service was great-I will not be going back to Rusticana any time soon. Word of mouth is everything in these situations. I am sorry if Angie was having a bad day but I nor ANY customer are not the ones to take it out on.

I actually dropped off my kids to eat with other family. I seriously wish I could eat there again but I'm cursed with an onion allergy. The family still absolutely loves it though! Omg it smelled so good 😊
I placed my order at 6:05 and I was told there would be a 35 minute wait. I arrived to the restaurant at 6:40, I paid and proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes for my order! Everyone else that came in after me received their order. Finally when I got my order we were told that it had been sitting there the whole time and no one had bothered to check. Ridiculous.
