I will never order from Rusticana pizza again. First on Door dash they have a 1030 to 1100 delivery time available. I get a call saying we do not have delivery driver until 1100. Okay 30 minutes no big deal. Then an hour later it shows the delivery complete. I call them and the girl with the attitude says we do not actually follow the door dash app. Finally after about an hour and a half my food shows up cold. Last time for me. Definitely not what it used to be.

I actually dropped off my kids to eat with other family. I seriously wish I could eat there again but I'm cursed with an onion allergy. The family still absolutely loves it though! Omg it smelled so good 😊

I placed my order at 6:05 and I was told there would be a 35 minute wait. I arrived to the restaurant at 6:40, I paid and proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes for my order! Everyone else that came in after me received their order. Finally when I got my order we were told that it had been sitting there the whole time and no one had bothered to check. Ridiculous.

Rude staff. I had to cancel an order and the lady told me I still have to pay for it if I ever wanted to order again. I asked her what she meant, and she refused to answer. Then hung on me after I asked what she meant 3 times.

Pizza is amazing, the garlic knots are perfect, absolutely nothing wrong with this place!

The best pizza in the whole state of Maryland. Now l might be just a little bit bias here l use to work for Big Mario when they first can to Cambridge MD back in 1981. I would say he was a great boss. But Mario, Tony, Gina ,and Joann. Treated me like family. That just the kind of people they are. The pizza and all the other food was top notch and still is today. Everyone was friendly and still is to day. And the prices haven't really changed that much. Truly the best Italian Restaurant in the the State of MD.

The cheesesteak tasted good but every since I ate it about 5 hours ago my stomach has been hurting. Maybe, it was from extra grease not being drained. My stomach is not usually sensitive to greasy food though. I suspect kitchen staff lack proper food safety training.
