I had stayed at this hotel 11 yrs ago when in the area and loved it. This visit, I felt the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Our room carpet had grotesque stains on it, than one can only imagine what made them! The alarm clock and drape wands were sticky. The higher standard of cleaning that COVID mandates is not being followed at this resort. The wait staff in Michner's Library are poorly trained! Hotel was very nice but my room was not ready upon arrival and front desk staff were rude, Location and scenery were superb. Meeting rooms were good, food improved in meetings. Make sure you check to see if you can check in early before planning trip.

I held an event at this hotel for 30+ women. There were no complaints from anyone about their stay and the events team helped me to create an amazing experience. All of the rooms were clean and had the perfert views; the event space was clean and the food provided was very good. Overall, the hotel is the perfect place for a getaway, an event or vacation. I have been visiting this resort for 15+ years. They never disappoint.
