Food is awful. Consistently awful. Go off site. Mac and cheese over cooked, dry, broken sauce. Crab was so overcooked it was like big chunk of rubber.

Service was hit or miss, some of the waiters were cold and rude others were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner buffet was a good price and under 4 kids eat free so. Dinner buffet food was not tasty and over cooked.

Breakfasts were okay. Good selection on the menu or the buffet. Omelette staying offered good variety and choice for egg whites.
Buffet had good variety of pastries, fruit, and foods like sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles and pancakes. Very friendly service. Coffee was a very light, mellow flavor.

We got takeout here and waited over 45 minutes to get the food. The club sandwich was really big and good, but the rest was just average. I definitely would not recommend the rice bowl which was $25 for a small portion and below average food.

My wife and I had the Buffet. For drinks we ordered a Mocktail and the Godfathers Manhattan. There were two options of steak served at the buffet. One was Medium and the other was blue. Both were cold. After somehow finishing our food our drinks still had not come. When finally getting our drinks, my wife recieved a Strawberry Mojito Mocktail (this was fine) and I got a Coors that looked like it had been sitting out. (Rim was sticky and the beer was not cold, let alone NOT WHAT I ORDERED)
Overall
Food was subpar at best
Service struggled but I think they seemed understaffed so, I dont fully blame them.

Avoid!!! Definitely not what we expected within a Hyatt Hotel. Service was terrible… atmosphere for dinner was bright lights in almost a cafeteria style environment. Sat us down and we sat for 15-20 mins with NO service until I went back to hostess stand. Ordered a steak(labeled in menu) which I took 1 bite of and never another because it definitely was the worst piece of meat ever put in my mouth. Sides appeared to be left overs and dessert was in a plastic container. All that with a discount after the complaints for $150 for 2 people with only 1 drink per person. Honestly one of the worst meal experiences I have had.

Had breakfast and dinner here during my recent stay. The staff was excellent!! Very attentive and friendly! The food was delicious and cooked as requested. They offered lots of options for dietary restrictions. Crab cake appetizer and shrimp Louie are highly suggested, along with the cream of crab soup and crab dip! Sadly, they didn't have a crab cake dinner - only an appetizer. If I were to make any suggestion, it would be to add this to the menu.

For such a nice hotel and nice location we couldn’t have been more disappointed. The truffle fries were clearly from frozen sysco supplier and under seasoned with truffle. The ceasar salad dressing is not homemade either. This is fine if I pay 6 bucks for fries or a salad but for gourmet prices I expected gourmet food. Then the salmon was inedible- smelled and tasted bad and the scallop had ok taste but texture was way off and served with noodles, that’s it, buttered and Parmesan noodles. They did comp the salmon , thankfully, but this hotel has a great spot and the food prices reflect those of a nice restaurant - but really just felt like a cruise ship feel and no effort into bringing a more sophisticated menu to such a nice resort. I won’t eat here ever again :/

For a Christmas lunch with friends, we ate at the Water’s Edge Grill. Rahul, our waiter, was exceptional! He was pleasant, attentive and simply delightful. We can’t say enough nice things about him. You are very fortunate to have him as an employee.

I ordered the chipotle pork tenderloin and wow ! I didn’t leave anything on the plate, so delicious. The service was a little slow but I think that’s because it was close to closing. My mom also ordered the crab cakes and said it was the best she’s ever had! Wonderful dinner experience. The buffet is also good and filled with staples. I wish there were less flies around but after that it’s wonderful.
