All workers took pride in the food they prepared. Nothing burnt and the cofees were just right. More than I can say for the dunking on knickerbocker Avenue in bushwick. I never tried the ham and Swiss suffers until I went the capitol hta Dunkin. Went to brooklyn and tried it. It was overcooked and bread was slightly burnt. ? loved the capitol heights food. Just perfect.

One of the employees named Sydney made me one of the best caramel macchiatos earlier today. Also I ordered and got my coffee in less than 5 minutes. Great service by both employees there! ?

Staff was nice but severely understaffed. Went inside thinking it would be faster than the long drive thru line, but ended up waiting 15 mins for 2 ice coffees . It was only 2 of us ordering and I was first. Apparently, there are a lot of online orders coming through. They ARE hiring if anyone needs a job.
