I am writing to give a shout out to Lamar, an employee who helped me today during curbside pick up! He did a tremendous job helping me locate my food order. I started coming to this location several months ago because I have children and it is hard to find good curb side service. The IHOP near my house had terrible service. Anyway, I experienced my first hiccup with the Capitol Heights location and if it wasn’t for Lamar , I would have ended my patronage to this IHOP as well....

I've visited this IHOP twice in the last year. Once was during the Sunday rush. The service stood out to me. I was greeted immediately and sat at a seat. The server came within seconds of being seated. I was served with a smile and pleasantly which is rare in restaurants these days. This has become my favorite IHOP in the area.
