The young lady taking orders and making sandwiches was unorganized and appeared to have an attitude. She also forgot to take my hot order after asking me to place the cold order first, which doesn’t make sense. Their customer service needs an overhaul.Oh and the lettuce was already brown by lunch time on a Saturday. Skip this place.

This is literally the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life everyone there is very incompetent and slow. They will let the line get as long as a snake before they want to ask you for your order all they do is do DoorDash and Uber eats orders, then the people that are standing in front of them. They don’t listen they all have attitudes whoever is the manager of this location needs to hire better workers because making a sandwich is not rocket science and it doesn’t require an education so therefore it should not be a long wait and over six employees doing nothing only one Person making several sandwiches by herself. Very unacceptable.

Walking in the restaurant it looks nice. The staff speaks and checks on the guest. I got the steak Big Kahuna. It was delicious kinda upset that I didn't get a larger sized sandwich.

Very frustrating experience. This place is a poor representation of Jersey Mikes. If this had been my first experience, I can honestly say I would never go back. Fortunately, I’ve received excellent service, good food and exceptional customer service at EVERY OTHER LOCATION, namely those in and around central Virginia. The service here at 3pm on Tuesday afternoon was EXTREMELY slow and for no apparent reason. The employees are sluggish. The system of shaving, prepping and checking out here is just problematic. Where is management? People are waiting a ridiculously long period of time. Also, The sandwiches appear shorted 1 or 2 slices of deli meat. After my wait today, I requested oil and vinegar on the side. I got a very nasty look from the person prepping the sandwiches, I believe because I asked the wrong person. Apparently, that is the job of the poor cashier who has to remove her gloves every time she assists with a sandwich, and then goes back to handle money. Goodness, there is just so much wrong with this place. Expensive! Not worth it!Parking: Crowded parking lot
I placed an online order yesterday evening 12/23/23 to pickup a sandwich by 5:58pm only to be told my face by the young female meat slicer in a loud annoying voice that phone orders aren't important and I would have to wait until all of the customers in front of her are taken care of.She then rolled her eyes and walked back to continue slicing meat for the in store orders.Her coworkers tried to explain to her the process,but they were unsuccessful.She then screamed that she didn't care and cut her eyes at me with a scowl facial expression.The cashier apologized for her coworker's unprofessionalism and assured me that my order was being made.A few moments later,I received my sandwich and then left.I understand that it's the holiday season and stores are expected to be busy, but I shouldn't be shamed for using the Jersey Mike's App to pre-order my sandwich and then receive verbal abuse because a employees doesn't have equanimity during peak hours.

As a pregnant woman who can't have "cold" subs I asked if they could put the turkey on their grill for afew seconds - they were so rude and aggressive. I've been to other locations and they've done because I AM pregnant. What a waste of time coming here. And then had the nerve ti have a conversation about me in front of me like I couldn't hear her. I will not be back to this location. Also, they're not clean. Very nasty making everyone's sandwich with the same gloves. Do better.
