Very frustrating experience. This place is a poor representation of Jersey Mikes. If this had been my first experience, I can honestly say I would never go back. Fortunately, I’ve received excellent service, good food and exceptional customer service at EVERY OTHER LOCATION, namely those in and around central Virginia. I’m so over Jersey Mikes and their outrageous prices which in comparison to the food portions is even more ridiculous. Paid 9 dollars for a mini Italian Sub which is the size of a small roll of tissue, and then a “regular” Cheesesteak for 14 dollars!! which is about an inch longer then the mini ?, Jersey Mikes is not that good to be charging an arm and a leg for just barely a foot long sub if you combine the two sandwiches I’ve shown in the picture. Walking in the restaurant it looks nice. The staff speaks and checks on the guest. I got the steak Big Kahuna. It was delicious kinda upset that I didn't get a larger sized sandwich.
