The customer service has improved here tenfold!! My last couple of online orders have been perfect!! It’s a great change!
I love Jersey Mike's subs. Unfortunately, the service at this location is subpar. They often only have 1 person actually making the subs while two others are working the cash register together. The lines can get pretty lengthy and their sense of urgency/efficiency is lacking. They move like molasses. Even if your order online, you will more than likely have to wait 10 - 15 minutes beyond your pickup time.... so I hope you aren't in a rush. The last time I placed a pickup order...read full review
