I just found out about this place on 1/20/2026, and had my first order with them on 1/21/26 and let me tell yall, the food is so good! There’s a bit of a wait since the food is made to order, but you won’t regret it🙂↔️ everything has great flavor and isn’t salty or anything of the sort, it’s all balanced so well! I love everything about La Hayes Kitchen! From how good the food is, to how personable the owner and staff are. Although we’re in Maryland, this food truck offers true authentic Jamaican vibes and flavors, just as if you were roadside in your favorite parish back in JA. Try them for lunch, or for dinner. My fav dishes by LaHayes? The snapper escovitch style and curry goat. 😋
Lay Hayes kitchen is the place to be if u want good food yes it’s wait but he cooks his food fresh,I’ve seen over 50 cars out there waiting for food also his 10 dollars plates go fast, all his supporters pull up before he even get there that’s Love. Jah Rastafarian The General
