I had a great bad experience, one of the employees spoke to me very rudely and said that she was the manager. When I entered the store, I was surprised that she was the employee, she was not the supervisor, that girl treated me with a bad attitude, very customer service.

Customer service is terrible and your staff are RUDE. Fries were soft and uncooked. Wasted trip and waiting to hear from customer support re your rude staff, Rios and Joanna. Spanish staff, as I’m trying to explain that the other woman told me to pull around she interrupts and rudely says, “can I talk?” Then proceeding to telling me I need to go back around after I was already at the window. Unacceptable service and food quality. Stay away from this location.

I am big on customer service as we all should be sorry to say I will never go to this location again. You try to contact management you can forget it. The Spanish people working there think they can talk to you anyway and no one does anything about it I had one of the Spanish managers shut the window in my face while I was talking to her so disrespectful and they need to be trained on customer service. It is not okay to be treated anyway and as long as we continue to give money to these kind of businesses it will continue to happen.
