McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that offers a range of menu items. Some customers have had issues with their orders, such as receiving a regular cheeseburger instead of a plain happy meal cheeseburger. However, many others have had positive experiences, particularly praising the amazing customer service. One customer noted the exceptional service from a young Latina woman who brought their food to the table with a warm, kind attitude. Her smile and professionalism made the experience memorable.
The restaurant is also known for its fries, typically served fresh out of the fryer. Customers appreciate the daily deals offered through the app, making it an affordable choice for those craving fries. While one customer expressed surprise at the upcharge for orange juice with their breakfast meal, overall, the food is often described as fresh and warm. Customers enjoy the accessibility of the restaurant, which allows easy pick-up for those using wheelchairs.
