Sadly, the restaurant included almost no beef in the broccoli beef dish, and really didn't fulfill the order for super greens. They substituted the broccoli for the greens. When picking up the order, three folks on break never tried to assist. I had to request help picking up:(

The service is extremely poor if you are ordering your food inside and in person. The taste of the food was very good. Based upon my few recent visits, the staff cater to and prioritize the drive-thru orders FIRST.

I stopped coming to this location for a Year or so! Because the Customer service was beyond rude, ghetto, stank attitudes and drive thru or inside workers acted as if you were bothering them. But TODAY!! 3-31-25 on the intercom and thru the Drive-Thru Brian was nice, welcoming, patient, friendly, respectful totally what defines excellent customer service in a fast food business. The Ambiance was cool the manger was equally as nice and pleasant....
