Went today for the grand reopening. I missed the free for a year by 6 people 🤦🏾‍♀️🥲 He did do a second chance raffle but I didn’t get that either. Even with a crowd they worked quickly. My sandwich was given to the wrong person but the owner corrected it quickly. He was very nice.

The smell is way better. And my daughter enjoyed her sandwich and my smoothie was correct. Both had substitutions.

I stopped by here over the summer. I was mistakenly charged twice for my order. I got in touch with corporate who got in touch with the franchise owners. They emailed me offering to fix the mistake and give me a free smoothie for my trouble. Because I’m not in this area frequently, I waited a month or so before returning to the store. I explained the situation to the manager on duty. She was extremely helpful (I wish I recalled her name - waiting again to write this and it escapes...

I went to the store today and ordered 2 smoothies and 2 salads. Although, I had some complications with my meal. Ms. Donisha (store manager) still made my experience there wonderful and I will definitely be coming back. And will recommend it to others!
