I had to ask for my receipt. I paid in the first window , the person told me the receipt was in the pick up window. I had to ask for my receipt. The receipt shows what I paid and not what my change would be. I used my phone calculator and found they shortchanged me.
Ever since Wendy's started roasting people I wanted to go to your restaurant but I didn't realize that there was one so close to my house I usually go to McDonald's. But I stumbled across one in a nearby shopping center that I almost never visit and so while I was up there I got some Baconator fries and they were great. I will definitely be back especially if you keep up that awesome advertising with #smugWendy's

Wendy's serves good food, including their popular chocolate chip cookies, and decent chili that tastes fresh. However, the fries can be a letdown. After the remodel, the line moved fast, the staff was not rude, and the food was fresh. Some customers experienced extremely long service times when coming inside, with many people working and few customers. Additionally, people handling food were not wearing hair nets. There were instances of staff screaming at other employees. Despite these issues, the food keeps customers coming back.
