Dunkin' Donuts in Catonsville

“I honestly have never had any problems here. Everyone is super nice and I come in regularly so I know everyone who works there. Whenever my order is messed up they always quickly fix it up and offer me to keep the wrong order and make me my correct order.“

“Believe it or not, the morrell park location is very clean and all the employees are friendly, helpful, always nice n smiling like they like their jobs. Lol. Never had a bad experience there. We even pass other locations closer to home to go to that one.“

“What can I say? It's a Dunkin Donuts. Same as every other one I've been to. Service was nothing fancy and the coffee and donuts were as expected. There's a lot of homeless people that come in here and I think it's nice that the owners let them come in and take a nap and hang out. But it also does make the place feel a little less hygienic.“

“It's a Dunkin Donuts. Standard fare. Nothing fancy. What makes this place wonderful is the staff. I have been here at different times of the day, with a hyperactive child doing an interpretive dance, with no caffeine in my system, absurdly early, absurdly late, in a rush exhausted, hyped to the gills. You get the picture. Unfailingly, staff is kind, polite, and helpful. I drink way too much caffeine, so at this point, some of the staff recognize me. They always ask after my kid (AKA Isadora Duncan of the donut shop). They work hard. They are tolerant, even to rude people (and I have seen a few people get really nasty). When you go in, make sure to tip them.“

“This would be five stars except for the fact that while they have avocado toast and they do offer vegan substitutes for their milk, they oddly enough do not offer anything in their sweets that is vegan! That is kind of the height of hypocritical. Thinking. Vegetarian is not good enough for some of us. We don't like the taste of animal cruelty. And yes, it is animal cruelty when it's dairy. Do not fall for the myth of cage-free eggs, and there is nothing not cruel about how milk is produced. Do your homework and look up what happens on factory farms.

Vegetarian options: You should ask about vegan and not vegetarian.“
