“I honestly have never had any problems here. Everyone is super nice and I come in regularly so I know everyone who works there. Whenever my order is messed up they always quickly fix it up and offer me to keep the wrong order and make me my correct order.“

“It's a Dunkin Donuts. Standard fare. Nothing fancy. What makes this place wonderful is the staff. I have been here at different times of the day, with a hyperactive child doing an interpretive dance, with no caffeine in my system, absurdly early, absurdly late, in a rush exhausted, hyped to the gills. You get the picture. Unfailingly, staff is kind, polite, and helpful. I drink way too much caffeine, so at this point, some of the staff recognize me. They always ask after my kid (AKA Isadora Duncan of the donut shop). They work hard. They are tolerant, even to rude people (and I have seen a few people get really nasty). When you go in, make sure to tip them.“
